Fitness Assessment - After your payment is completed, you'll get an email containing a questionnaire from me. Please respond truthfully and offer detailed information. Your answers will assist me in creating a personalised plan tailored to your goals and your body's requirements.

Custom Programme - The details provided in the questionnaire will be utilised to compile essential information for crafting your personalised program. This encompasses your physical statistics, health background, current well-being, any existing injuries, your present dietary and exercise routines, potential food allergies, and your objectives.

Video Consultation - Upon receiving your program, you have any inquiries or require assistance initiating the process can be discussed over the video call and also support is consistently accessible through email. Additionally, you will receive my phone number for round-the-clock communication.

Weekly Progress Check - It is your responsibility to conduct a weekly check-in on the designated day specified in your program for review by the team. 

Reshaping - Your personalised program will be modified or adjusted based on your current progress and goals.

Personal Training 1 to 1

Consultation Session

  • The consultation session can be conducted via call or a face-to-face appointment.
  • Discuss any health issues or injuries that need to be factored into the programme. 
  • Discuss and agree your health and fitness goals. 
  • Assessment of your current levels of fitness.

Diet & Training Plan

  • A detailed diet plan will be created, including consumption of calories and macros, based on your dietary requirements.
  • Training plan will include an easy to follow, detailed workout schedule.
  • Both the diet and training plans will be reviewed and amended, if necessary. 

Fitness Assessment

  • A practical full-body fitness assessment.
  • Fully explained the methodology of training & diet plan
  • Explanation of the methodology for both the diet plan and training.
  • Discuss how to book sessions and the frequency of them.

Progress Review

  • Setting fortnightly targets.
  • Fortnightly progress reviews.
